Diversity and inclusion for business growth

We explore ‘uncomfortable’ and complex themes around Diversity and Inclusion. The deep dive into areas such as race, gender, sexual preferences are designed to prompt critical questions and conversations around:

  • Why Diversity and Inclusion is now a business imperative rather than a ‘nice to have’

  • The evolution of the new talent landscape, including current talent trends and talent realities within your business

  • Why Inclusive Leadership is the leadership style of the future and the skills needed to achieve this

Business communication in the 21st century

Your business can have the best product or service in the world; however, if you are not able to effectively communicate your offering, all efforts are in vain. This Manager Training Programme allows participants to sharpen their communication skills through:

  • Practicing the art of turning paragraphs into visuals and captivating your audience

  • Learning how to shift thinking and start looking at communication challenges backwards - how it would be received by “end user”

  • Assessing specific communication challenges in your organisation and work towards an all-encompassing communication strategy

Mental health and wellness

Holistic wellness is at the core of everything we do. It impacts how we interact with others, how we view ourselves and how we progress professionally. The interactive delivery of our programme allows for productive discussions through:

  • Identifying contributing factors to personal and professional well being that affect your actions and reactions

  • Developing individual ways to deal with mental health issues; productivity, and communication with coworkers

  • Working with your company to build clear structures and resources to promote psychological well-being

Women in the workplace

Gender stereotypes are anchored in our society, and are probably within your organisation as well. It is imperative for companies to focus more on deliberately creating a culture of women empowerment within their organisations, Our Manager Programme achieves this by:

  • Supporting self-identity exploration, self-reflection and self-discovery to focus on building core strengths

  • Instilling a culture of speaking up and speaking out, encouraging voice and confidence in the workplace

  • Building leadership and counter limiting influences of gender stereotypes and cultural beliefs
